Who is responsible for the data?
The data controller is Re:Living Project AB, organization number 559585-6492, Värmdö, Sweden. Driven Revenue is the company’s trade name for consulting services. You can reach us at hello@drivenrevenue.nu.
What data do we process and why?
Web analytics
If you accept cookies we use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used, for example which pages are viewed, what type of device and browser you use, roughly where you are and how you found us. We measure the same way if you click a contact button or use one of the tools on the site, but never what you write in an email or in the tools’ fields. The purpose is to understand and improve the website. The legal basis is your consent.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics may still receive occasional technical signals without cookies, for example that a page was viewed. They are not used to recognize you between visits.
If you write to us we process what you send, for example your name, email address and the content of your message, so that we can reply and stay in touch. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and, when you want to work together, steps before entering into a contract.
Contacting companies
We may contact people at companies that seem likely to benefit from our services. We then process name, job title, company and work email address that we find on the company’s website or in other open sources, for example LinkedIn. The purpose is to present our services. The legal basis is legitimate interest. You can reply at any time that you do not want to hear from us. We then do not contact you again and only keep your address to remember that. We delete data about people who have not replied after 12 months.
Operations and security
When you visit the website our hosting provider Vercel logs technical data such as IP address, time and which page was requested. The purpose is to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

You can change your choice at any time. If you choose no, Google’s cookies are removed from this website.
How long do we keep the data?
Data in Google Analytics is kept for at most 14 months. Emails are kept for as long as the contact or collaboration lasts and after that for as long as needed to meet legal requirements. Server logs are kept for a short time by Vercel.
Who receives the data?
We use companies that handle data on our behalf: Google (web analytics), Vercel (hosting), Apple (email via iCloud) and Hostup (domain and DNS). We do not sell your data. Google and Vercel may process data in the United States. The transfer relies on the European Commission’s decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to the processing and to receive it in a common format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@drivenrevenue.nu. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
